A 20% restocking fee will apply on returns. Buyer to pay all return shipping costs. Returned product MUST be uninstalled and in as new condition (no scratches, abrasions, dings, etc.) of any kind to be eligible for a refund. A return authorization must be obtained via phone within 14 days of receipt of product before shipping. We highly recommend all returns be shipped via UPS or FedEx with appropriate insurance. We are NOT responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in return shipping. Adequate packaging must be used to ensure that the product being returned incurs absolutely no damage upon arrival to our facility. Damaged returned products will not be accepted. Please show us the same courtesy returning the product that you expect us to extend with your refund. Custom made products made to order are non-returnable. We will not be held responsible for product fitment issues that are a result of vehicle modifications or ride height changes that deviate from the stock configuration.
